As a Senior Consultant, Suzann Armstrong provides hands-on accreditation consulting services in both the skilled nursing and assisted living industry. She has been working with Achieve Accreditation since 2000. Her careers passions include clinical outcome management and quality improvement practices. Suzann is celebrating her thirty-five-year career anniversary in the senior living industry previously serving over ten of those years in the roles of Director of Nursing and Director of Assisted Living, 30 years as an Infection Preventionist, Executive Safety Committee Chair and as a QAPI Executive Leader. She holds a Nursing Degree in Applied Science and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Her favorite things about working with Achieve Accreditation is the team and the support she receives from client partners. Suzann enjoys sun, sand, and ocean breezes spent with her family.
