Kristin Bratcher, MSW
Executive Vice President 

As Executive Vice President, Kristin Bratcher holds dual roles in providing hands-on accreditation consulting guidance across the continuum of the senior living industry as well as a focus on business development. She has worked with Achieve Accreditation since 2013. Her passion includes helping client partners grow in addition to achieving successful survey outcomes. Kristin is celebrating her fifteen-year career anniversary in the senior living industry while previously serving in progressive senior living leadership roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Social Work. Her favorite part about working with Achieve Accreditation is beginning the accreditation readiness process with a new client partner and seeing them through to a successful survey. Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and three dogs along with following her favorite sports teams.
