Kathleen O'Connor is President & Founder of Achieve Accreditation. She is proud to be celebrating her 35-year career anniversary in accreditation. She worked nearly a decade at The Joint Commission and has spent a combined total of 35-years guiding assisted living communities and skilled nursing providers with accreditation. Kathleen's career at The Joint Commission included: participating in the development of the standards and survey process, participating in the training of Joint Commission surveyors, and lecturing nationally on accreditation. As a highly regarded accreditation readiness expert, Kathleen participates in frequent speaking engagements at the individual states and national level. She holds a bachelor's degree in Health Care Management and a master's degree in Gerontology. Kathleen's most enjoyable part of working at Achieve Accreditation is watching a concept that was just "an idea" 35 years ago turn into a business mission that has the privilege to help make a difference in the senior living industry. Kathleen enjoys hiking, yoga, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.

As Executive Vice President, Kristin Bratcher holds dual roles in providing hands-on accreditation consulting guidance across the continuum of the senior living industry as well as a focus on business development. She has worked with Achieve Accreditation since 2013. Her passion includes helping client partners grow in addition to achieving successful survey outcomes. Kristin is celebrating her fifteen-year career anniversary in the senior living industry while previously serving in progressive senior living leadership roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in Social Work. Her favorite part about working with Achieve Accreditation is beginning the accreditation readiness process with a new client partner and seeing them through to a successful survey. Kristin enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and three dogs along with following her favorite sports teams.

She has been working with Achieve Accreditation since 2013. Her passions include collaborating with her client partners to make processes easier and more efficient while improving the quality of care. Kerri is celebrating her fifteen-year career anniversary in the senior living industry with previously serving multiple years in progressive leadership roles. Her favorite part about working with Achieve Accreditation is the amazing relationships she has built with her client partners and the team. As a Senior Consultant, Suzann Armstrong provides hands-on accreditation consulting services in both the skilled nursing and assisted living industry. She has been working with Achieve Accreditation since 2000. Her careers passions include clinical outcome management and quality improvement practices. Suzann is celebrating her thirty-five-year career anniversary in the senior living industry previously serving over ten of those years in the roles of Director of Nursing and Director of Assisted Living, 30 years as an Infection Preventionist, Executive Safety Committee Chair and as a QAPI Executive Leader. She holds a Nursing Degree in Applied Science and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. As a Senior Consultant, Nathan Hutt-Tiwald provides hands-on accreditation consulting services in the skilled nursing industry. He has been working with Achieve Accreditation since 2018. Nathan’s passion for delivering high quality care and services led him to earn his LNHA and enter the operational side of senior living. He continued his commitment to quality improvement while working for more than 10 years in both skilled nursing and assisted living communities. He was named an American Healthcare Association Future Leader of 2021. Nathan’s favorite thing about working at Achieve Accreditation is being a part of elevating industry standards of care. Nathan is a passionate Bears and Cubs fan. He enjoys spending time with his wife, two young boys, and three senior dogs.

As Operations Manager, Jess Prucha oversees operations including project management, vendor management, client contract management, social media management, human resources management, and brand storytelling. She began working with Achieve Accreditation in 2020. She is excited to be able to use her journalism background, in a career that is centered around improving quality and safety for seniors. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Gerontology.
