As a Senior Consultant, Rebecca DeRousse has been working with Achieve Accreditation since 2022. Rebecca provides hands-on accreditation consulting services in both the skilled nursing and assisted living industry. Her passion includes bringing accreditation awareness to the senior living industry. Rebecca is celebrating her 40-year career anniversary in the senior living industry while serving as both a nursing home administrator and assisted living administrator in continuing care retirement communities. She holds a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and in Business Administration and is a Certified Nursing Home Administrator. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and making precious memories with her granddaughter.
