Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Jess Prucha oversees operations including project management, vendor management, client contract management, social media management, human resources management, and brand storytelling. She began working with Achieve Accreditation in 2020. She is excited to be able to use her journalism background, in a career that is centered around improving quality and safety for seniors. Jessica holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Gerontology. Her favorite thing about working with Achieve Accreditation is collaborating with the team and learning new ways to improve Achieve Accreditation. Jessica enjoys yoga and exploring Chicago with her friends.
